A fair policy for digital protocol products.
HerbStack full protocols are digital wellness information products. This policy explains delivery, refunds, and cancellation expectations before purchase.
Paid digital products
Paid full protocols are delivered electronically by private download link and/or email after the request is processed. Most requests are prepared within a few minutes, but technical delays can occur.
Delivery problems
If payment is completed but the protocol fails to generate, cannot be accessed, or is not delivered, contact support@healingherbs.life. We will resend the product, provide a replacement link, manually fulfil the order, or refund the purchase where appropriate.
Digital product purchases
Because paid HerbStack protocols are personalised digital information products, purchases are generally final once the protocol has been generated, accessed, downloaded, or delivered. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase, or because a customer no longer wants the guide after receiving it.
When we may refund or replace access
We will help, replace access, manually resend, or refund where appropriate if payment was duplicated, the protocol was not delivered, the download link failed and we cannot restore access, the wrong product was supplied, the product was materially different from what was described at checkout, or a refund is required under applicable consumer law.
Duplicate payments and affiliate purchases
Duplicate charges for the same request will be reviewed and refunded where confirmed. Purchases made from third-party affiliate suppliers are governed by the third party's own delivery, safety, return, and refund policies.
Cancellation policy
One-time digital protocol purchases are not subscriptions and do not renew. If HerbStack later offers subscriptions, customers will be able to cancel before the next billing cycle according to the subscription terms shown at checkout.
